Very beautiful trek with total immersion in the Naarphu valley and Lake Tilicho. Ang Dawa is a very knowledgeable and considerate guide. Lack of precision on distances and elevations needs to be corrected.
It was a very nice trip, and the weather was superb. Requiring travel: our preparation was necessary because we expected a less difficult route compared to the predicted elevation changes. These are ultimately much more important, and some days I have been trying. Ang Dawa was a very good guide and very attentive to our physical condition. Good team of porters.
Trek for experienced hikers; guides available and helpful; good sleeping bags; and duffel bags. Very good satisfaction in general.
Good progress in terms of acclimatization and difficulty. Excellent professionalism of the guide, safety, organization, adaptation to each person, and culture. The assistants were all attentive, present, curious, preventive, and smiling. The diversity of meals could be appreciated.

Area for improvement: 4/4 at the start of Beshishar; lack of crampons for tricky passages of hard snow and ice. Maybe plan a taxi or bus between Lubra Valley and Jomsom. Pay attention to the route announced on the brochure and the real difference in kilometers.
In conclusion, I was very satisfied with the trek. I highly recommend the guide as well as the Nepal Authentic Trek for the organization. Thank you for these beautiful memories.
